current reservists will be keeping their rank however new reservists will not be receiving a rank and will be addressed as reservists. I assume this will mean that they will now have reservist shoulder flashes, what do you guys think about this?

Got a call today asking whether I am available for 2weeks of training in September.

With being fully employed a major requirement, we should not be asked to do full time training. They should be able to facilitate after hours training

Negative. By the sounds of it, the 2 week firearm training is first on the list for Sept sometime.
