Ya know, humans managed for millenia before we had supermarkets and industrialised food production. Some poor japanese soldier only came out of the jungle a couple of years ago thinking WWII was still on, had survived on his own all this time.

I would like to thank you for sharing this link.
I thought I would take this opportunity to share and help about "living misconception".
I came across this discussion on Paul Kirtley's channel, and he was talking about "rabbit starvation".
Basically trappers were living on rabbits and foraging etc, and even though they will filling their bellies, their bodies was not able to transform all that into energy and getting enough calories.
