PLaying in the woods - My Shelter day

I built this shelter, all with black wattles, so Im taking out some bad trees and learning at the same time

Took about 4 hours, had my axe and my Esee 4 (recently replaced my axe with a Grunsfors Bruks, what an axe!)

Use the bark to tie everything down, I think its safe to say I can stand on it, the bark of the Black wattle is really strong and useful (plus taking of the bark kills the tree!)

Made a fire with my flint, and chilled our for the day

Very nice mate, See as kids we build bases and as adults we build survival shelters and bug out locations lol
