This is in German, so no way I can understand the words, but I really don't need to...standard format...gun guys vs those who want to 'talk out' differences, and the ever present 'expert' who thinks gun people are too emotional...but it is a different slant from somewhere outside the US for sure...

I had a quick look at the first few minutes; (computer problems make it difficult): she owns a kiosk and would shoot if someone threatens her life or the life of her children or workers. Yes, the police take action, but she rather trust her Glock 26 because there are three to four robberies on shops like hers every week in Vienna, Austria and the police does not always respond. The second part shows a pro-gun supporter and it is clearly mentioned that there is financial backing by the right-wing FPO. My guess is that it would end with the typical German question: "Is it necessary?"

Story seems to be about the aftermath of an incident in which a poacher killed four people then himself (his gun-room was one of the still photos shown, and the friend of one of the victims was the hunter who got a little teary).
There was a lot of backward and forward about gun-control (and Austria is about to impose mandatory gun registration in accordance with the recent EU directive). Couldn't follow all of it but I'd guess the usual stuff trotted out by the antis.

Haha, interesting quote about 1 minute into the clip from Georg Zakrajsek (from the IWÖ - Liberal Weapon Rights Interest Group in Austria), roughly translated he says:

"A man starts becoming a man only once he has a weapon. Before that he is not a man, just an ape."

Ok, the way Mr Zakrajsek says it, the sentence can also be translated into a more historical sense, changing "man" for "Mankind" and interpreting it to be taken in the context of evolution... but I think the above translation is funnier.
