Looking for a Hippo Bull to hunt

A very good friend of mine is looking for a Hippo Bull to hunt in RSA. Sadly the budget is not unlimited, but lets get to the "dirty" once we know what is available (?).

I know of one in the Karoo. When he told me the price they say he should charge is totally f'ing nuts!!!

I'm not sure if he said half a bar or a full bar. Ether way!!!!!
