MRE's
OK, here we go with our first product promotion.
We have US manufactured MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat). These are the civilian version of the meals used by the US armed forces. We supply them by the case or as individual meals. Each case contains 12 meals with 6 different flavours or "menu's" per case.
These MRE's are designed to sustain a person for a period of 12 hours. Each meal contains an Entree (The main part of the meal) which can be heated using the Flameless Ration Heater which is provided. In addition to the entree, each meal kit also contains a large Cookie (Choc Chip or Oatmeal), a desert portion (Frosted brown sugar toaster pastry), a Cracker, powdered drink sachet and a sachet of Peanut Butter. The MRE's contain an average of 1200 calories per meal kit.
The flavours we have in stock at the moment are:
-Homestyle chicken with noodles and vegetables in sauce.
-Macaroni with beef in sauce.
-Pasta with garden vegetables in tomato sauce.
-South Western style chicken with black beans and rice.
-Spaghetti with Italian style meat sauce.
-vegetable stew with beef.
The meals are fantastic for hiking and camping or for any outdoor activity where a hot meal is desired but logistics make it difficult for conventional cooking or heating.
The price of an individual meal is R126.54 each.
The price of a case of 12 meals is R1453.50
These prices include VAT.
If you are interested in purchasing these meals or would like more info please drop us an email at sean@tacqm.co.za or sales@tacqm.co.za

Re: MRE's
Very good prices, especially since they include heaters, those are hard to find...
I have no idea why I like this stuff?

Re: MRE's
So you ordered now and got 2010 stock?
Just check the contents, I'm sure every one contains a little single serving of KY...
Everyone knows these will last longer than 5 years... There's a guy on Youtube that tested some after 10 years, it wasn't great but not everything was off.

Re: MRE's
I've tried these meals, and I can add that they are really good quality. The heat packs work excellent.
