Also joined AR family now for all The Questions
Finally
After lots of research and pondering on what will be my next FA, I made the decision on a Norinco 223 AR, with few extras like 2 extra mags, bag and a quad rail.
Now the big question is what scope must I look at?
Looked at the some Bushnell which had fast short and long distance switch, sales guy told me then I don’t need a red dot, is this a good option?

Check the sub-forums - there are a few discussions on optics pros and cons and what works for what purpose.
With the Norinco you have a fixed front sight I believe? - that will be problematic when using a scope.
Also check magazine discussions and the issue of quantity.

Re: Also joined AR family now for all The Questions
Congrats 2wh33ls! not to hijack your thread but i suppose it is better to ask here then to start my own thread.
I recently purchased the NEA-15 12.5" in .300BLK, other than building up some materials for my reloading what would you guys recommend ? I was thinking of getting the numenor blackfyre muzzle brake with the paired suppressor and getting extra Pmags. for optics i have a cheap vector optics red dot to start off with but will be looking at a bushnell or aimpoint at one stage.
Any advice would be much appreciated :D

Stick with the irons for now. Spend the money on extra Pmags and ammo.
No point getting a low quality optic now and buying a better one when it falls off, breaks, cant hold zero.

Lekker man, this will be my next purchase! Unless I immediately get a promotion/win the lotto and buy a Daniel Defense or NEA.
What type of shooting is the rifle going to used for? That could possibly make optic suggestions easier.

I have the Burris AR-332 on my Norinco. It mounts on the flat top and clears the front sight post
