Good day Members
My newest addition to my "to be used rifles" .458 Mannlicher Schoenauer is in the safe. I recently acquired a .458 Mannlicher Schoenauer from an old friend whom did not have any use for a heavy calibre any more. A few photos is in order to share with you.

Theuns, al wat my opgewonde maak op my ouderdom is `n mooi Bakkie(trok), `n mooi Hings(perd) en `n mooi geweer soos die .458 Mannlicher Schoenauer...so sy is nie te oud vir my nie en ek gaan haar baie rof behandel....One member reminded me of me being the only guy to have such a rifle when shooting the BASA competition...it suites me ..one of a kind and second to none...

Oh wow that is a beautiful rifle...

Synthetic and stainless stuff is nice and practical and all that, but I'm a sucker for blued steel and proper wood furniture. Wow...
