Considering the cost and bureaucratic hassle of acquiring rifles in good ol' RSA it is a good idea to protect them whilst travelling.

Most of us have optics fitted and it is important that the bags can accommodate these without damage or having to remove them.

The shape of the bag is also important. Whilst a traditional tapered rifle bag is suitable for transporting rifles it is not always ideal for the SLR rifles with vertical fore-end and pistol grips as well as optics.

The taper shape is also a dead giveaway as to the contents and can attract the wrong attention.

The TacQM bags are rectangular in shape to reduce unwanted attention, (Discretion IS the better part of valour) and, when opened flat can be used as shooting mat.

Most of the bags have MOLLE on the outside should you need to attach additional pouches for extra gear and or ammo.

Sizes range from 700mm long through to 1400mm long.
