Should I worry ?
... if I start noticing and recognising the make and model of knives used in movies ?
Watched Bad Boys last night, BG deploys a knife, and I'm like : cool, a Spyderco Civilian...wait what ?
Please knife-peoples of Gunsite, should I seek professional help ?

Re: Should I worry ?
Absolutely! You must seek professional at once and get in contact with your nearest Amok! trainer before the symptoms get any worse ;D

Re: Should I worry ?
Yes...but there IS a 12 step program that will help you in your time of need. It is administered here on GS by our very capable members 'Harm' and 'Geoff Carter'. Once you complete the program, you will note not only the make and model of the blades you see, but also their steel, the edge holding and corrosion properties of each, the lack of craftsmanship in their manufacture and the fact that the guys with them don't usually know shid about how to use them correctly. You can get in touch with Harm and Geoff via PMs. ;D

Resurrection!
Anyone keen on a "Knives in movies" thread? I was watching The Heist yesterday and spotted an Elishewitz custom in one of the pivotal scenes.

Not a knife that you want to use if you're not 100% familiar with the placement of those spikes..

If you're in a fight, the ideal placement is in your attacker's face.
