Need some info on the CP1
I've been asked to inspect and examine a whole bunch of these guns owned by a security company. They cannot tell me whether these guns are pre or post factory recall. Seems they have had another 'oopsie' with one or more of these pistols. I'm not entirely up to date on the CP1 story, save that they were recalled and factory modified. How serious was the problem and will a pre mod CP1 cause problems, especially in the hands of a 'you know what' security guard?
Any help & info will be appreciated.

Re: Need some info on the CP1
Dude any gun in the hands of "you know what" security guards will cause problems ;D
from what I know the problems were due to the fact that the CP1 is actually a single action trigger system and the firing pin block was disabled by the hammer when it falls :P some people must have tried some home gunsmithing on the trigger and then had a rude surprise when it went bang after being dropped ;)
I could be completely wrong about this though ???

Looks like our very own 'Odd Job' posted this on The High Road a while back, so he may have some info for you on these guns. Maybe send him a PM?

Re: Need some info on the CP1
search this site you will get a few threads on the CP1 SAGA
they do make great fishing sinkers or paper weights!I am studying an awesome brand of leg fighting which was inspired by dung beetles and I think my brand of Kraft Manure is superior to all other styles ever invented. Furthermore I challenge all other manurists to a rolling contest where we shall establish whose manure ball is the biggest! I shall call it Honest Kraft Manure and declare it superior to all other brands of manure and will tell you that I have claimed the lineage directly to Imshi the great Dragon Kru Master Beetler who invented manuring, by gathering all manure from different animals together and making it work as the worlds most effective fertilizer. I proved myself by being members of not one but three super elite special gardening departments who were responsible for spreading manure to combat weed infestations!

Re: Need some info on the CP1
Guys, where do I get parts for CP1 pistols; specifically springs? I'm looking for ejector springs and safety/disassembly springs or spring kits. Urgent please!

Nobelteq bought all of Vektor's stock. Try them first.

Besides the apparent issue with the safety, does anyone have some relevant experience with these guns? I did like the feel of it.
If it wasn't for the design flaw, would you carry one? Also, is the reworked guns now safe for carry?
