Yeah, VLT sells Hornady Vector ammo in .40S&W.
A few years ago NGA were selling "re manufactured" military tracers, haven't bought anything from them for a while though.

Camdix in Krugersdorp has military surplus 7.62 which includes tracer. Can't remember if he said 40% or 60% is tracer - the balance is conventional rounds.

9mmP Milspec tracers start to burn at around 25m.

Sound about right. I once was on a range where 9x19 SA Military Tracers was fired. The range was about +/- 70 long and the tracers became visible at approximately halfway down the range.
