    I am not making head or tails out of this discussion..What ever caliber rifle you are going to buy, you will have to pay money for it and it`s components...as the years progress you will already have accumulated a lot of components..so , this is true for any caliber rifle you will ever purchase...there is no difference in the process.. The only way you will save is not to buy a rifle...
