    Default Gun Art

The gun was built for sale in the Middle East by Westley Richards, finished by the Brown brothers in the USA who were unknown engravers at the time they were commissioned by WR, now among the most sought after engravers. The brothers spent a year on the gun, the workmanship is exquisite.
It was bought by an English collector who happened to see the gun at WR. When he died the family offered it to WR, they bought it back and apparently still own the gun.

Too much bling for me and is far too ostentatious for my taste.
One too many wasted sunsets and one too many for the road .........

Too much for my taste as well, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we are fortunately not the same.

It was built for sale in the Middle East...

Imagine a rich Arab oil sheik on his choice Arab mare going on a hunt with this particular beauty, one doesn't need to like it to appreciate it.
