Hi

I am interested in buying a semi-auto rifle. I do not have a large safe, and without going into too much detail, I can not install a bigger one where I live now. This is the safe I have at the moment http://www.makro.co.za/diy/yaleelect...e-safe-93550EA which is 35x35x50.

I understand the length of the M92 is 55cm long, is this the case? This is why I am interested in the M92, because it seems like it could fit in the safe (if turned diagonally and squeezed in :p).

Also, do you think the Police would allow this? or do they insist you have a safe that is purpose made for rifles? They seem happy for me to keep my SD pistol in the safe, but I don't know if they will let me keep a rifle that barely fits in there.

I saw the vz58 Compact on the Hailstorm site, which is also a compact. It seems almost 10cm shorter. Which one do you think is better? Roughly how much would the vz58 cost?

We have not seen any of the M92's yet. I believe the specs are gtg and if it is set up like a std AK it is easy to unscrew the flash hider which could make it another 5 - 7cm shorter (guesstimate).

All this can be verified once we have them in stock.

I do not hink we have any VZ58 Compacts in stock currently and none are on the way currently.

We have the import permit, the export permit and paid in full 2 monthgs ago - we are waiting for the supplier to get their shit together. Thier last estimate is shipping mid October......
