    Default Bill drill par time?

Unconcealed, 7m target, what sort of time is considered a decent/above average time?

I gather one should also look at the cadence of the splits?

After a day of shooting I got to a 1.3 s first shot and 2.84 s for six shots. I was kinda proud of myself, thanks SH.

Thanks SH. Think the draw/first shot needs some work

    2.25, spilts .14-.17

    Your splits are excellent.

Much more time to be gained on the draw I think, as you say.

Best I have managed to date with the Bul (But at 6.5 meters). 1.4 sec draw, 2.67 sec total time (all A's). My other faster time had a C in there, so that doesn't count.

Look, I've shot a sub 2. Once. On a target at around 5m. And in hindsight the target was lower than normal, which helped the draw time. I cannot do a 2s Bill Drill on a 7m target.

Your splits are very damn good, are all of those in the A zone? If so, it's just your draw that needs work.

Zero down on a IDPA target. Was one if those runs where everything fell in place

Start dry firing that draw down.

neilh, you're a much better shooter than that draw time. Prior to Northern Nationals when I practiced a bit more than now I could easily get below 2 seconds. And I'm not that good.

TTT, think you misread. 2.25 is draw and 6 shots on target. Draw/first shot is about 1.3/1.4
