Hi folks,

You always hear of other guys getting good deals, but this time it was me!

Got a 2nd hand Brno 30-06 for R2500.00, with Tasco scope - my first ever rifle!

The PO hadn't used it in about 5 years, and had had it for about 15 years in total, never shooting more than 10-20 rounds per annum. So still in good nick.

Registered at SAJWV as a member, and paid my fees for the competence tests. Then the wait...

But all good things to those who wait

i haven't seen a bruno 30-06 without the k98 type extractor yet, and those are some fine rifles.

Congrats! you have struck the deal of the year! I love BRNOs and if it is that old it may be one of the more sought after BRNO actions. Whatever one it is, they are without exception - strong and reliable.
