I am just curious..is the draw now for a NEA this year right?

When does the draw usually take place? Does it just happen before Christmas like it seems the 2013 draw happened, or is there a warm up or notification or something we need to do or is it just BOOM xyz wins a gun?

I surely can't be the only one intrigued and excited

I would love a NEA but if its a handgun, a GLOCK 1911 would work!!
