    I dont think publishing guns lost pr stolen helps our cause we should rather ne focussing on what good guns do not what bad. focus on the positive not the negative

    Think the main purpose of this will be to counter GFSA's "50 private firearms is lost everyday and is used to kill 30 people everyday"

    You correct if used in on its own it can be seen as negative by the neutral public.

    The biggest item missing from the entire volume of guns lost are the types. Losing 100 000 bolt action hunting rifles and double barrel shotguns is not the same as the cops losing 10 000 R5s.

    Actual volume is irrelevant, type is key.

    And anyway. If the bad guys have at least 4 million tactical weapons then, being outgunned 2-1 we need more?
