Re: Sports adventure shooting L1/L2/L3 January 23/24/25 January 2015
Blood and destruction shall be so in use
And dreadful objects so familiar
That mothers shall but smile when they behold
Their infants quarter'd with the hands of war;
All pity choked with custom of fell deeds:
And Caesar's spirit, ranging for revenge,
With Ate by his side come hot from hell,
Shall in these confines with a monarch's voice
Cry 'Havoc,' and let slip the dogs of war;
That this foul deed shall smell above the earth
With carrion men, groaning for burial.
William Shakespeare -Julius Caesar
Act 3, Scene 1

The above was placed at each Waypoint on the L2 hike.
Each participant had to arrive at the WP and then radio in the waypoint name.
The controller then would ask him to recite line one of the lines (Eg. Recite line 9)
Once that was done, directions were given to the next WP.
Those not blessed to be born English struggled a bit, but they eventually got it right.Recent studies show that 1 out of every 3 liberals are just as dumb as the other 2

I used the notebook and pen. Use what you have to get the job done.

Ja, well, no fine.....
Willie Wikkelspies was recited in an accent seldom heard before, and let's hope never again.

Was an awesome L2 this year, loved the rope work just not the backstop. Now for a biathlon weekend 🍻
