So what, judges don't deal in truths, they deal in facts, if the evidence does not support the states case that have got nothing to do with the truth.

So if he decides there is not enough evidence, etc, where does it leave us?
Nowhere, same as now, we still don't know what happened.

Hence everybody here gets an opinion of what they believe in this case, despite others objections, before and after the verdict.
