Maybe something else is brewing. Seems they took all their NODs........uniforms also. Maybe that was the mission for them. Grab stuff for a future mission.
That said....... the MILF? "Under the ceasefire agreement between the MILF and the government, any military operation in Mindanao must be coordinated with the MILF."
Who is the MILF? I'd like to coordinate with her!
