    Default Power Bank

I'm looking for some advice on power banks. I want something that will be able to charge a smart phone etc.

I don't want to buy something that turns out to be rubbish. Does anyone have experience with power banks and what can you recommend?

Any of the power monkey kits work well. I have the power monkey extreme - has a solar panel and ability to charge from mains

    I use a Astrum 5200Mah powerbank. Can charge 2 devices simultaneously (used 2x Samsung S5 or 1 S5 and 1 Note 2 tablet.)

    Cost was like R250.

Can't justify spending what powermonkey goes for on something I have only used twice in over a year.

I've got a 6000mah Red-E one from incredible connection, charges my phone pretty fast and get about 3 charges out of it
