Saw caps just the other day. The weird gift shop next to Builder's Warehouse in Atterbury Value Mart, Pretoria. Both the 8 shot round plastic thingys and the paper strips, if that's what you mean by caps.

Would you be able to do this with a Lee Loader?

Go to a Hilti gun supplier and see if anything fits.

Take a few loaded rounds, purchase a cheap kinetic bullet puller.
Pull bullets. Load a small amount of the powder back in, followed by some "kapok" or fiber wadding. Maybe seal with a little melted wax.
Done. No reloading necessary. Will work fine for a revolver. Not so much for a pistol. Maintain the usual SAFE DIRECTION.

City Gifts and Toys is their name AFAIK. Maybe they can ship to you .FOURTY-5 ?

There's definately still a lot of cap guns(the toy ones, are there another type?) available in Pretoria, bought one for my little girl a couple of months ago.

Was wondering if we'd gone THAT politically correct to stop selling toy cap guns...
