    i would take it further, if you dont get joy, i am sure there is an ombudsman that covers the auction business.

    Same happened to me a few auctions ago. I spoke to Classic and they did try rectify the error, but I was not happy with the solution.

    Maybe give them a call and tell them about it and see what they can do to resolve it.

    I just don't do postal bids anymore, I rather go there.

    I also go there and make sure the firearm is sound. There were 2 occasions that I went to look at rifles that looked amazing, but the rifling is basically non existent on close inspection.

    Was this not indicated on the description? How accurate is the firearm description then?
