Assistance required: 15-22 owners

Hi guys,

I need a bit of help please. Looking to get a 15-22 couriered to me via ram.

I'm hoping that someone here will be able to help me with getting the dimensions and possibly also the weight of the box so that I can plug this into the calculator to see if its worth my while.

I think someone mentioned they paid just over R400 for their shipment.....i paid about R450 for my GSG, which is slightly heavier.

I plugged in estimates using the dimensions on the site and it came out to something ridiculous. So hoping to refine the quote with more specific dimensions.

Phone them and discuss it with them, they gave me a quote for some ammo from Joburg of almost R1000, so I phoned it was a little over R300.

Thanks I tried that and got a vastly reduced price based on the estimates I typed in online.

Dont want to jack the thread but is there any special paper work needed or do they give you everything you need for the transport??

Hi, if I am not mistaken you will need the following to give to ram:

Certified copy of ID book and the license for the weapon, also a letter from the owner giving RAM permition to move the weapon around

Think thats what my friend said he needed to give to move two handguns, hope it helps
