Default Question on Africa Champs 2010

Basically I just want to know if there are certain requirements to be met for a person to shoot the champs?

Does every paid up SADPA member qualify or is there a process involved?
    Is a minimum classification required?

There is usually a set of requirements.

You have to shoot 2 leagues in the division you intend to compete in and have done a classifier in the year before the champs.

Masters are exempt from the latter requirement.

In the past it has been limited to marksman and up. Last year novice's were permitted though.

I remember last year an additonial set of rules (not sure if that was permanent going forward??) was published to allow for the far out of major centre clubs to qualify differently against the League rule - will check my email to see what that was.

Afaik it was 1 league and 2 club shoots last year and the classification must be done in the division you intend to enter in for the champs.

SSP is correct - requirements for Gauteng based shooters 2 x SADPA League shoots and a classifier in the division you are planning to compete in.
The classifier must be shot since the last champs (August 2009).

Outlying clubs had the criteria eased last year due to the limited number of Leagues they are able to attend.

Great idea for the outlying clubs. Lets hope it stays
