Any luck in moving venue to somewhere like SWAT ?
Knowing Gys, he will come up with an alternative...
You want to shoot, shoot! Don't talk!

I too was sad to read of this. Gys (and Fudge) from Sethunya are good guys... I have had a number of dealings with them and they are very knowledgeable and helpful guys!

I hope that they come right with an alternative range...

I was also disappointed to hear this from Gys last week when I saw him.

This is where my "Sport Shooting" started. I joined an IPSC club, became a member of NGPSA and SADPA because I was enjoying it so much. I learnt a hell of a lot there and met new friends. This sucks. Even more than I was at Steel Challenge....

Knowing Gys he has plan B. Good luck to you.

I am sad that this is ending, but there is more to the story than immediately available via his letter. There are always 2 sides to a story guys, so we should remember that before pointing any fingers.

I will not be taking sides on this, since both bodies (Sethunye and Vector Club) have their place within the shooting community... and we cannot assume either one is to blame, or that either is blameless in this.

Live and let live and all that.

Both will continue to see me. League shoots at the one, and my preferred supplier of reloading stuff at the other.
