Re: Iwarehouse.co.za How's the service?
Store is legit, I've only bought from them once and it was a pleasant experience. I did research before using them and the key thing is to phone and confirm stock before ordering online and making payment. I read other users experiences where they placed an order and paid because the item was "in stock" on the website, only to find it wasn't actually in stock and ETA was 2 to 3 weeks, so they cancelled then they had to wait for their refund. So phone on Monday and confirm that what ever you want is in stock, then place your order online.

Re: Iwarehouse.co.za How's the service?
I got an email from them that listed some specials. I had been looking for an item that just so happened to be on special. I place the order but it turned out that the special was not so special. They didnt have the item in stock and the R100 off the price of the item was cancelled out due to the required cost of shipping from their supplier. So I ended up paying the normal price anyway, and waited 2 weeks.

Re: Iwarehouse.co.za How's the service?
I also also ordered from Iwarehouse online (an item that was shown as in stock) only to find out it was actually out of stock. Then I was told it would be in stock next month so I waited a month, phoned back to be told it will be in stock next month....I asked for and received a refund.
So my advice would be to phone and make sure it is in stock before ordering

Re: Iwarehouse.co.za How's the service?
Same story, ordered, paid only to find out "in stock" means roll the dice to see if we actually have it. Waited 2 weeks, then another month and decided to get a refund. I think they catch many unsuspecting clients this way...in my mind it is deceitful and I won't buy from them again.
Also, have a look at their feedback on BidorBuy - they use the same routine to sell merchandise they don't have - pathetic!!

Ordered a Ram mount from them that was "in stock"... Took a few weeks to get to me via courier. Don't think I'll order from them again.

In their defence, they specify in each Bid or buy advertisement to phone and confirm stock before purchase ( Under the payment options )
