Vox Telecom Data special for July 2015 only - 100GB for R164

Question

If I sign up today (16 July), will I pay the R164 and get 100GB, or will it be a pro rata-price with pro-rata data for the remainder of the month? My current ISP requires 30 days notice, so that will only end 14 August, but then the promotion will be over.

Was thinking of signing up on 30 or 31 July, pay Vox for 1 day pro-rata for July and full for August, and then only have the 14 days till my current ISP end that I will effectively be paying two parties for data.

If you sign up today there will be 2 x prorata's
1) Pro rata data (3,2Gb per day over 30 days x 14 = 45 odd GB)
2) Pro Rata payment (R74 odd)

Above are approx. values but they should be in line, it all worked out by the billing system.

The month end bill will then have the full R164 for the full 100GB for use in Aug 2015 and every invoice going forward will reflect this value.

You are more than welcome to use your strategy, but also remember the data rolls over. So next month you will have 145GB available if you do not use it. Its all up to your budget at the end of the day.
