in my area i use to have adsl but its now 3 years later they cannot tell me if i can get it back as they say its due to cable theft , what options can i have a look at as i do alot of downloading and am currently using mtn uncapped but its throttled so i only get basic adsl speed after my 3g is used up . what options can i look at please send me your details so i can call you or feel free to send me a pm so i can give you my details Dj vier.

Hi just want to check, I can buy like 4 of these if wanted. See you mentioned that "you can buy another" and run that with my current subscription on the same account? Obviously only one active at a time? Does the same rules apply I.e. Throttling etc than your non special price fat pipes account. Because I love my normal fat pipe account.

Hi AlbertL,

If you have an existing Fatpipe product and you are moving to another one via an upgrade / migration - ie usernames would stay the same, the old package get cancelled with immediate effect,

If it is a loose standing product with a straight cancellation - 1 month's notice would apply.

On your other question - you can only run 1 Username at one time, finish that 100GB, change usernames and start using from the next one.

The product rules on the special remain unchanged.

Can you do a concurrent connection on the same ADSL line?
Reason for asking, is I typically have a connection running on my router for the household.
Then sometimes I create a PPPOE connection from my computer for hosting an online game (some games won't run through my router with port forwarding), while keeping the router-connection active.
