Default Deburred Trijicon HD rear sight.

What the Triji HD rear sight should have been out of the box imo = deburred.

I got fed up after the latest scratch inflicted on my inner arm by one of the edges of the rear sight.

I used a fine file to deburr the sharp edges and then touched up the worked edges with a Birchwood Casey Presto Gun Blue pen. The luck is that the sight is not manufactured from SS so the blue takes nicely on the steel where I removed the factory finish.

I like my HDs more now.

Good work. I have about a dozen shirts with tears in them from rear sights.
