Depending on the area you hunt in, a Springbuck should cost between R250-R400.

    R250? Please give us details.

R400 at the bottom is more like it, from the prices I have seen.

Might be able to help you out. Going for a "collection" round on 8 March so it will depend on what I get on the day.

Let me know what you get. Sizes and Prices. May be willing to take pretty much anything off your hands. i.e. A 30kg Vlakvark. Unfortunately I don't think I could fit a kudu on my spit. That will be my next project.

I assume you're around Cape Town and not north of JHB. i.e. An 8 hr drive is prob my limit for fetching.

I will be shooting close to Bredasdorp and slaughtering in Malmesbury, but I live in Brackenfell ... I am going to be on a tight schedule that Monday :)

As I say, I will have to see how many walk through my crosshairs on the day. I also want some you know.

Is this one of those special connections, i.e. Family. Or just a good mate whos farm your hunting on.

But listen, if you happen to have a great day and do get more than you know what to do with. Keep me in mind.

No special connections yet. I actually won one at a shoot last year but could not go shoot it. This year I can and decided to try and make it worth the trip :)

Will keep you in mind, if I have good fortune that day.

    Thanks, appreciate it.

Have you hunted this place before? Can you send me the details. If you have a good experience I might consider giving them a bash later in the year.

I just contacted Mulligan, and hopefully, soon, he can let us know how the springbuck spit turned out.

It was very hot today so the buck are in the cold room, will skin them tomorrow. Everything worked out and I got 5 Springbuck by 10:38 this morning.
