A number of guns particularly those from Europe will not be marked 5.56 as that is seen as a military calibre. However the chambers may actually be reamed to 5.56.

As for using a rifle receiver extension why bother. If you want to use a heavier buffer just use an H2 or H3 buffer.

Right so my rifle is with Ettienne Maritz, He will be cutting the lead of the chamber and lapping the barrel, So as much as i would like to place the blame 100% on the Norinco ammo (and a majority can be placed there and placing the blame there will be cheaper for me cause no gunsmith charges) there still is the chamber, its not in spec and is causing over pressure problems.

Now the primers going seems not to be a problem with good ammo but there definite signs of primer flowing into the firing pin and flatten primers with PMP 223 and Federal 223 ammo when the gun gets hot and slightly dirty.

Have you chatted to DSG about your DM4. Im sure they would sort it out for you.

I found the Norinco (spam can) ammo hot also. I blew a few primers shooting it.

    Did you get this sorted?

Why did Davesheer not attend to your issues?
