Just for interest sake have you guys come across some local guys to manufacture some parts like the reciever thats imported etc to make the rifle 100% SA????? Correct me if i'm wrong.

Been through that exercise, but there is no way the receiver can be made in SA for anything approaching the quality vs price that they can be imported from the USA for. So while this is a lot more paperwork and PT, at least the price remains down, and quality remains high.
The USA makes more lowers in a day than the entire SA can sell in a year across all makes. So it is a natural thing for now.
If that changes, we would be glad to get it closer to 100% SA'frican. But for now, quality vs price is what the market is looking for.

Any progress in this terrain? Is it also possible to fit a folding stock bracket/hinge?

There are some folding stocks available for AR15 style guns but I haven't seen any in SA, or besides in the internet at all.
