Default My new front flipper - Clyde Challenor MK2 (pic heavy)

Thanks to a friend who helped me, I was able to acquire this new knife of mine.

I was going to get a Burger EXK, but managed to get hold of this knife made by Clyde Challenor. It is one of his main models, but this one is a tad different and hence unique and only one made like this.

You can check out his blades at www.cccknives.co.za (Make sure to check out his new Raptor and look him up on Instagram)

It is a damasteel blade, very expensive and better than normal Damascus. Made in Sweden. G10 integral bolsters with CF scales and CF backspacer.

Blade length is 85mm and a drop point. This one of mine doesn't have a pocket clip but I am sending it back to put a clip on. Wasn't sure if I would want a clip or not.

Sorry for the lack of creative pictures but either way, here is the knife.

Thats nice, I really like the red bolsters. Makes it easier to see if you are working in the veld and put your knife down.

Not that that I'd EDC and use a custom for the work that I use mine for.

True, but then again I don't abuse any EDC knife. For that I take out my leatherman... It seems Clyde will get upset if he hears you don't use his knives So I will definitely be using it and putting it to the test, especially since I am new to damasteel blades. I tried touching it up on my hard arkansas stone last night but damn, the blade is HARD!
