Boots. First aid. Knife and rifle. Option 2 would be boots, rope, trap and knife. Depends on the island....

matches wont last long, you're screwed.
if there's no clean water, will have to find a container to boil water. otherwise... screwed.
you guys should go watch the series "Alone" on DSTV. it's a real eye-opener, yeesh.
