Occasional Sports Shooter
Hi Guys
I am looking at getting my competency done soon, and then applying for my first firearm.
I am interested in doing IDPA and later on getting involved in 3 gun shooting.
The Question i have is, should I apply for my first License under the occasional sports shooter or rather for a SD license.
Would it be easier to motivate for SD if I already have a firearm under the occasional sport shooter chapter?
Thanks very much

Get self defense first. Use that weapon to get DSS. Than get the other toys with all the bells.

Re: Occasional Sports Shooter
Thanks for the advice. I think that's the way way to go. I was just a little worried about motivation.
But after reading all the threads i think i have all the information i need to motivate properly.
Thanks
