I send them a mail before, it did not bounce back, but it was never answered.

I never received an answer/acknowlegement, but did get MSR approved a few weeks later!

Did you consider that perhaps the emails did their job resulting in the licence being approved?

On the 20th of April I sent an e-mail to the firearms address, I received a reply from Col Grehart Pretorius within the hour and a copy of the e-mail that he sent to Major Makapane. The following day I received an e-mail from the Major, the problem was solved.

My query was in connection with 8 renewals that I had submitted but only received 7 of the cards, worked for me.
