Is that markings on the flint natural or man made?

Meaning did some primitive man made those markings?

Kaptein, I have picked up pieces of flint for 25 or 30 years. I have also tried napping flint but in my case the results were not good. The marks made when napping flint with stone or metal are identical to ancient marks. It is just the colouring of the exposed stone which changes over time. In the US there is a whole flint knife and napping culture; some doctors even started using flint scalpels in the 80's because flint wounds heal faster than steel wounds; it has to do with the natural micro serrated edge of the stone. Napping flint is hazardous without a mask; the fine powder causes a type of "miner's lung".

Herman and me picked up what looks like javelin heads, with serrated edges...I will upload photos of it..I think they have been serrated to be use as skinning items..

Processing the meat has some off-spins of it`s own:

Willie Barnard processes most of the meat into biltong.

I had time to test my newly build antique sausage stuffing machine that was build for the hunt by my good friend Chris Moolman. I took some of the intestines of the impala and made some sausages. Mincing the meat:
