Anyone may have an opinion. But my question was phrased as it was for the same reason that engineers are sometimes interested in the views of other engineers and not the public at large.

I read this as WZ specifically inviting the opinion of fellow lawyers - not precluding others from holding or voicing their opinions.

When our system shows independence, equality (ito rich or poor to have same level of defence) , quality and maturity then only would I be in favour of it in RSA.

    RIP!

*Interesting that in our valley, which only has a relatively small Indian community, that in the last two weeks or so that there has been 3 or 4 cases already with Indian businessmen targetted, either shot and/or killed and invariably all these appear to be "hits".

    No proof, just interesting coincidence.

@KK Perhaps. Xenophobia, tribalism, racism? It appears to me to be more have vs have nots. Unfortunately I feel the political rhetoric has been its the haves fault the have nots, have nothing. It creates hate, hate is easy to manifest itself into murder.
