Steinert Super Chrono-some feedback please?

Erm.... Steinert website says Superchrono has been discontinued. I'be wary of spending money...

Especially since a certain person said he cannot recommend it for any kind of velocity measurements.

I’d look at a used Magnetospeed if I were you. Lots of people selling them now that everyone (including me) jumped on the Labradar bandwagon.

I got rid of mine (superchrono) and got a magneto. Next best thing to the lab radar.

Agreed, the Magneto is an awesome and accurate piece of kit. I only went for the Labradar as I had an itch I wanted to scratch, and got one for a very good deal.

What was the reason for you getting rid of the superchrono if i may ask ?

It was giving wrong readings. Sometimes by 200fps. I couldn't trust it at all. Many of my friends had the exact same experience.
