Does anyone know whatever happened to Gerry Gore?

I remember in the '80s shooting on Gerry Gore's range and of course having a very high regard for his book Handguns for Self Defence. Does anyone know if he's still around?

I think he emigrated to the U.S a few years ago.

Gerry is alive and well and living in Phoenix Arizona. Spoke to him on Skype a couple of months ago.

As a churlish schoolboy I used to visit his shop in Durban regularly
