Growing up we had a Doberman x Rottweiler that would occasionally catch mullet in the 'Toti river lagoon - she had a very low success rate though.

The video, not cool.
It's illegal to transport live fish without a permit.
Catfish thrown into swimming pools are sometimes severely affected by it's chemicals, sometimes even reaching near catatonic state.
A healthy catfish that size in a natural environment would not have been caught by that jack russel, period.
