Re: EDC Belt
badger belt is a great belt....the only downside I have discovered after a little too much Christmas indulgence is that previously the loop I was on was perfect, but now it is too tight and the next loop is a little loose for my liking....
I am currently in the process of running the problem away...might take longer than it took to put the weight one though!
The Cobra takes that sizing problem away, but the buckle may be an issue with you like you say. I just wonder if it will be as big an issue, given the adjustability around the waist? Also to consider is the thickness when going through loops on your pants, which is not a problem at all with the badger.

Re: EDC Belt
Badger works great, only problem I have with them is if you need to shit in a hurry, but truly they work well , I recently bought a Looper from Hailstorm and after close to 30 years of EDC I can say it's the best EDC belt I've ever had.

Re: EDC Belt
Has anyone worn a EDC Belt on pants that don't have belt loops? I'm just interested because I'm a HUGE fan of my Teesav rugby shorts when I'm just around on the farm, not working and while I'm chilling at home after work. I would imagine that the belt would "ride" up as there's nothing keeping it around your waist or does it stay put? I'm pretty sure a G23 in a holster will pull my Teesav's down to my ankles. It is a case of dressing for the gun I guess at the end of the day.

Re: EDC Belt
With some more guys giving positive reviews of the ULTIclip, modifying any holster with the ULTIclip to attach directly to pants is another option. Hailstorm out of stock at the moment but they expect some more to land soon.

Re: EDC Belt
I was fortunate to be a recipient of a Badger belt from Hailstorm / Daniels Holsters, for testing.
I have been wearing it for +-5 months; using it for EDC and IDPA competitions I'm extremely happy with it!
It is very comfortable. It is very rigid so you don't get the normal sagging belt that is often associated with leather belts.
The only thing to watch for when using it for competition is to make sure that it fits through your holster and mag pouch loops.
It took a bit of getting used to, using the clip instead of a buckle, but once you are used to it, it is a cinch!
I most definitely endorse and recommend this belt!!He is best who is trained in the severest school! Fear no man.

Re: EDC Belt
Thanks for the info guys.... From what I've read and for my needs I think it will be between the badger and the CR Speed for the simple fact of the buckle issue. The only thing that puts me off the speed is that velcro not lasting too long.
