Default Late x-mas presents, from me to me with love.

I am a sucker for hand made custom knives, so as per usual I contacted Harris Engelbrecht for some assistance with craving management (just give in to it and get a knife... or 3...). These knives were all custom designed and they are absolutely stunning!!

    *PS, they are all folders.
    Total length when open: 190mm
    Total lenght when closed: 110mm.

These knives were designed to be used as EDC knives when on the farm and hunting so will be put through some hell!

That is very I love the blade profile!

Also what is quite nice is that it isn't too intricate, yet very very neat and finish seems to be very good.

Do you mind me asking what they go for?

These are very neat with a smooth perfect finish! These specific knives put me back R1600.00 per complete knife. But his knives range between R800.00 a knife to R10k+. What I like about this specific knife make is that he takes "walk in clients", if you were referred to him by a customer he will invite you into his home and work through every little detail of the knife and make exactly what you want!! He'll walk you through the process, you start on a piece of paper with the size and shape you want, then the blade (stainless or Damascus) and the shape, then the material of the scales. So the knife is the one you want in the end!

*He quotes you on the cost of a knife purely based on the materials used and the time it would take to make the knife. So no standard cost and you pay only for what you want.
