Yip, Made is extremely low quantity
The cant was a design feature that accomplished two things: First it allowed the knife, when sheathed, to be kept closer to the body. The bend allowed a better match to the curved contour of the hip, calf, thigh or inverted carry taped to chest web gear and thus would help to reduce snagging. Second the angle was designed to keep the blade horizontal to compensate for the natural bend of the wrist when the knife is held with the "Fencing foil grip"

Very nice. But not the canted blade version in spite of the (later done?) bend.
5 degree cant blades were done in 1966 and 1967.
Your blade is a 1976 production one. Correct grey armorhide handle. Wide wasp, hand ground blade. Lovely. But 10 years after the canted blade ones.

I'll have a chat with my old man about it, he would probably know how the blade landed curved. Like I said, only dug it out my box of bits a few days back.

Thank you for all the input from everyone. Will update once I know more.

Agree, and from my research (I may be wrong), I cant find reference of the 5 degree cant with teeth/serrations on the blade.

But still a great knife there GAFS

The mark 2 is not in production. Not for a few years anyway.
    My favourite production dagger.
