Yes Numenor eventually did it. Once it was done correctly it appears to have been well done. But getting it done correctly was a mission.

Edit - wait, no. I don't know for sure what you asking. The rifle was not threaded from the factory, nor like some cases was is threaded under a fixed shroud. I got Numenor to thread it for me.

That's what I was wondering. I have one that has a shroud over the barrel in front of the front sight. I wasn't sure how easy it would be to get that threaded. I'm not sure I'll do it at all anymore, but I wanted to put a muzzle brake on it at one time.

Would a saiga or type 56 need a detent pin installed in order to mount a muzzle brake?

First range test can be Wednesday.

Still need to permanently fix the VFG and maybe reposition light. Currently set up as my 15-22 and 12 guage is. Will try 4 oclock position next with hammer grip on VFG.

Pretty well. No undue wear and very reliable. I've only emptied it 5 times in total so not a huge pool of experience.

It goes in and out better than my KCIs and my <cough> TAPCO mags. If only I could get some 20s.
