Fg South African Safaris scope
Hi guys, saw this at huntex and seems decent, anyone had any experience with this scope? Looking to buy one but have never heard of them before.

Re: Fg South African Safaris scope
The scope body almost makes it look like a copy of an IOR scope...
Never heard of FG Safaris though.

Never heard of them either. Their scopes look rebranded though.

Fg South African Safaris scope
It's rebranded zos from china

The are just over 100usd, free shipping.
We used them as budget scopes for air rifle field target.
Not great optics. Parallax only works between 15m and 35m. After that it pretty much sets to infinity setting.

Re: Fg South African Safaris scope
I would go no thanks. I believe as mentioned above. Its a chinese cheaper scope. Just Branded FG Safaris.
On the photo to right. On the Magnification ring. I can see the Screw clearly. To me that shows cheap.
Should be hidden.

Re: Fg South African Safaris scope
I also suspected it was a rebranded ZOS. I saw and handled the FG scopes at EC Huntex last year. They felt very cheap and were extremely light weight.

Re: Fg South African Safaris scope
I suppose you buy it, you can "brag" about the new perspex you bought for your rifle. Doubt you can call it glass.

Re: Fg South African Safaris scope
Well if you put it on your airsoft rifle. It will look super cool.
I would skip chinese even on Airrifles. Not just springers, pcps as well.
