We have two, free roaming, male cheetah on the reserve. By the end of her quarantine period she will be released and hopefully they will breed.

I can put you in contact with a few places if you ever want to travel a bit. I know guy in Oudtshoorn, who's family owns the Cango Wildlife Ranch. Name's been mentioned on Carb before. They have one of the largest cheetah rehabilitation programmes in the world, very impressive place. It's where I first came in touch with a cheetah, as in, physical touch, but I suspect that the public won't be able to do that. You can see their work, though, and see their cheetahs (and many other endangered animals).
Also, Clint357 on the forum has a neat place in Rustenburg where you can see cats of all types, cheetahs included.
